As I mentioned before, these ray gun trucks evolve. They grow, change, then one day are finished and go to a shelf in a gallery or someone's home...
I am not totally pleased with the ray gun part of this piece (see previous post). I DO like the mount and the brass bit at the swivel in the center, but....
So, I had to go over to Astoria today and was thinking about perhaps finding some bits at the Astoria Vintage Hardware architectural salvage store. After I finished my Home Depot chores and bought food at Costco, I headed on into town to see what Paul might have. Well BLESS HIM, he took me back to the back of the shop and opened a secret room to me where he stashes juicy bits and said "dig around in here, see what you can find". WOW, how cool is that! This is what I came out of there with:

13 January - the Lazy Days Farms ray gun truck is evolving.
It will be built, de-constructed, re-built any number of times before it is finally finished. I am hoping for it to be way "over the top" when finished.
