2 20 inch non-glare glass "portholes" with rubber gaskets

My friend Heather Ramsay of Niva - Green fame dropped these great yard sale find portholes by the other morning.   WHAT A GREAT PAL!

I believe these are actually the domed glass cover from old SPERRY GYROCOMPASS shown below.  On a ship or boat from the early 40's this was the master gyro compass that fed the repeaters on the bridge.  It was a giant hunk of technology - tubes - screws - whirring innards...
