The other day, Ellen and I were talking about our art. She suggested that I could make smaller, more manageable sized pieces that people could actually see themselves carrying out to the car and taking home with them. Small enough that I could begin amassing a "body of work".
Today, I present the first of this series. THIS is Surgeyo. He is 10 1/2 inches tall to the top of his antique dusting brush hair. I hope you like him! I expect to begin putting prices on them as I build up that body of work that I mentioned.
You can click on any of the pictures to BIGGEN it to see details (which this guy has many).

Damn ya got some talent man!
At first I thought he was standing on a CD player but I see it is an old hard drive.
If you could turn that into a real CD player......
That little dude would be busy.
Either way, ya have some serious talent and patience!
Thank you Mr. nuckles! I have only temporarily removed the top half of the hard drive case for the pic. I have cut out the shape, leaving the screw holes and outline of that top half and will then cut plexi to fill in the cut-out area, to make that awsome shiny stuff visible but not get dusty. I have a new pal in New Zealand who makes little robots from found objects and has big-time art shows with them and sells nearly as fast as he can put them on the shelf for serious money.
